What is the proper wheels bolt torque for my C43AMG?

Probably 80 lb-ft like most Mercedes. It should be listed in your owner's manual.
BTW, depending on how badly your rims were damaged, you may want to x-ray them for hair line cracks for safety reason. Good luck. |

80 to 85 ft/lbs is standard.
