Best 9004 bulbs?

Does anyone know if you can get euro headlights cheaper out of the US, like maybe a Canadian dealer?
Secondly, has anyone tried any of the following bulbs? Are they worth changing?

Wagner Brite Lite
Philips Premium
GE High Output
Sylvania XtraVision
