Roman- I assume for a C36 AMG turbo I'll need your exhaust manifold, fuel rail, piping, intercooler and trigger wheel ? I assume I can source a Megasquirt, fuel injectors, and sensors cheaper in the USA.

I've been happy with an FJO and Aquamist water/meth system, so I think I could get away without touching the compression-ratio.

What do you think ?

Let us know when these are available on your site for purchase.

Sorry have.t been here for a while.

Some new updates!

I upgraded fuel system with bigger lines AN10 and 2xturbobandit pums and now I can realy boost more.

I was running 2.5bar / 35psi over a week now and it seems working just great! Stil the same old engine, 100% stock. Was using this car for over 2 years now ebery day.
Stock gasket
Stock pistons, machined for lower comp 8.8
The only thing is not stock is head bolts, i use the same bolt we sell in our webshop.

New dyno about 1 week and new movie very very soon!
New manifoldsin stock about the ens of the month.

Not clean, i use the car every day and its very ****y in sweden winter time

Roman I was wondering how much for both the m103 and m104 turbo manifolds shipped to the U.S.? I get inquiries sometimes and do not see the need to do anything different than what you are doing.

Looks like very nice work, as always!
How did it go at the dyno?

2.5 bars of boost - That's A LOT, right?
I am very much impressed with how the engine and transmission are holding up!
Of course the prepwork must have helped a lot for the tranny. But the engine, with all stock components, except for the head bolts and the machined down pistons. That is almost unbelievable!

So you don't have any problems with pre detonation or anything?

Hy Roman!

Awesome thread here, unfortunately, most of the older pics can not be seen anymore :-((

Anyway, I stumbled upon your videos a few month ago, and was quite happy to find you on an internet forum

Do you have any experience with OM613 320CDI engine and 722.6 transmission?

Upgrades for transmission would be very interessting and a nice twin entry exhaust manifold.....

Regards, Alex

ps. as a little sidenote, you always write "impotent" instead of IMPORTANT,
in german, "impotent" or to be exact "inpotent" is the word for erectile dysfunction

is there change to AFR target valuen when using RE85 fuel.

Im using E98 now and my target is 11.5 and spark advance 27deg 1.5bar.

Now i have teflon fuel lines so i can test any fuel I want.

Im asking you this, cause youve done some engines whith E85.
