Serious question: what kind of steel did you use for you exhaust manifold? Normal steel? And the bends?
TIG welded I suppose?

And the steel plate which is bolted to the engine: sawing, drilling, milling, or laser cut?

Any info concerning building a custom manifold is welcome!

Yes everything is TIG welded and I use:

L316 stainless steel 90degree bends 42X2mm
The plate is water cut.

You can also use black steel 42x3mm and it is cheaper then stainless

But stainless steel: doesn't it crack more often than black steel? because of the heat?

Have you had any cracks?

I wasn't being critical. Your location says Sweden. If it said Russia, I would have made that connection I guess.

Now with new plugg cables and new bigger mapsensor the engine feels much stronger allready! New DYNO soon!

Ya know broh...this crap really brings a smile to my face.

Mercs...WTF can i say,and i know to the letter where you´re coming from my friend.

Like...last wednesday at the regular streetrace drive in at McD.
Was about to leave-with VEMS Jörgen as pass.
Filled the POS up right next to McD at the gas station,and..whatta ya know..
Out in front of me down the highway...a 600cc crotch rocket..just to good to be true...so said n done.
Jörgen laughed his friggin ass off as we to the letter blew past the crotch rocket in third..not to talk of the 20 or so racers ringside seing it all

Could say...i bet that something like that wasn´t what the crotch rocket owner thought when he woke up that morning...being blown off the road by a rusted out old 190....with diesel badging no less

10´+ tho Roman..i would advice you to take it easy,but..what´s the friggin point i guess...
Having known you for a couple of yrs by now..put the POS into orbit.Boost will make even minescule tired old engines wake up when performed right.
That´s it...and that´s that.

Mt friend gave a try to film 0-200 at 2bar on very small road but it was not easy hehe
It was scary to accel.. at 4 gear with wheelspinn so I took it easy at higher gears

yes becaurse its ingition miss becaurse of I tuned the maptable only up to 1,5 bar and when the boost comes ober the 1,5 bar then the ignition does confused and missing.
So if you look at the latest film today it is no that kind of noice becaurse I tuned all the way up to 2bar
