What do you guys think? I can get this for a very good price, and it needs some repair, but I can fix that easily. Do you guys think this kit is nice or should I forget about it and get the Euro Headlights instead?

I think the kit looks good, of course I wont have 17" rims yet, but I do not have time to mess around here. If I don't buy it, someone else will.

I like the AMG kit a lot as well, but I think this kit looks just as good.

Alon

The order my car went was wheels/tires, then suspension, then euro lights, now I'm going to be on the lookout for a body kit.
Anyway, the body kit looks really nice on that car you posted, and will have a much greater "head turning" effect than the euro headlights. On the other hand, I LOVE my euro lights and couldn't do without them now that I have seen the visual and performance differences. The 190E stock US headlights look much worse than your US headlights, so in that case I would have to go with the body kit before the euro lights, especially since you don't have much time to decide with the kit, the lights will always be for sale. EVO II's should also be at the top of your list IMHO, but I just noticed your car isn't lowered, maybe go with the body kit before the wheels because 17's with low profile tires will leave a rather large fender gap. Lower it, then get the wheels. So in this order, I would recommend body kit first, lights, springs, then wheels. Tell me what you think of all of my babble. Later, Scott

I kinda had it down to this...

1. Body Kit purchase...
2. Trip to mechanic for a little repair work, and spring install, maybe new shocks at this time...
3. Euro lights purchase and installation
4. Body kit painting and installation - along with chrome grille surround for now
5. Update to 94-95 hood/grille
6. by the time my current tires are worn, then get new wheels. 17" hehe

Right now I can afford to get the kit, then do the repairs myself and make my own customizations to it by adding hidden fogz. but getting my body shop to paint it and then installing it would only be done later on, maybe in a few months.

It is a nice looking kit for your CE.

I'd go for the body kit first also, even more so if it can be had for a good deal. I'm looking for a replacement front spoiler for my CE and at about $350-450, if you can find a used kit for around that... do it! I've seen euro-lights, wheels, springs, etc. up for offer far more than aero-kits.

Whether I'd actually install the kit before getting the wheel upgrade on the other hand... I (personally) hate all those Neons, Sunfires, Civics, whatevers with DTM or Sho-Gun "ground effects" and "wings" yet they have factory stock wheels, triple worse if they sport hubcaps (what were they thinking?).

If it were me...
1- buy the body kit (do the easy repair while saving for springs)
2- spring/shock installation
3- rims & tires
4- body kit install and paint (repaired to perfection by this time)
4a- consider (as I'm sure DuckMuck would concur) adding the ducktail spoiler
5- euro style lights

going this route would give you max overall "look" for the car as it evoles to your desire.

Alon,

Get it!!! It will look great on your black CE!
You can always get the other new parts later; good deals like these will pass and won't come back.

greetingz,
