Engine is 606.91x non turbo 24v (stoc). Pump has different cam that 603 whith quicker lift. That makes little cracking sound at 2000rpm. Modified in mynä diesel.

After the dyno session I have adjusted thottle pedal for more power, and added also boost to 1.75 bar (no smoke). That has made the 235 go slippery at 130km/h. But 265 getrak went broken 4 months ago. So nothing has happened after that.

I heard a rumor today, that there could be different connecting rods in this engine. Person who had changed the rods is dead, so it is a mystery till next opening.

has anybody in finland killed a om603 motor? How are the 500hp and 400hp cars driving?

Yes, there are total kill of 603 happened even whith stock turbo . And too much revs kills stock rods quikly.

Wow! What happened to kill a 603 with a stock turbo? How much power was it making with the stock turbo? I thought it couldn't do much more than about 200hp or so?
