I was looking into some different head gaskets for the m104. My goal is to drop the compression for more boost and timing.
I was talking to Cometic about their gaskets and it seems that they may have something for us.
Cost is about 320.00 a piece but it can be made in different bore sizes and thickness.
If it is not a match then there would have to be a minimum order of 150 gaskets.
I was wondering what the interest in this would be. The mls gasket is what is used on modern engines and they simply do not leak. They are available for many engines in the aftermarket from honda to audi. I was going to check with the details of both options from them further for my own use. But if I have to order 150 thats a no go.
