uneven springs or shocks?

I have just lowered my 124 a few weeks ago. then I noticed that the space between the fender and wheels were uneven on different sides.on the front the driver side was about two inches higher than on the passenger side.then on the back same thing happened but it was higher on the right than in the left.I was thinking of cutting a little of the springs on the higher side to make it even or does it has something to do with the shocks as well?

Did you check your spring pads for a mix up?

Suspension height is a result of Spring(s), unless the shock is bottomed out it wont have any effect in ride height. Spring pad adjustment can be critical, esp on aftermarket springs.

It may be the result of different springs, mixed up spring pads or wrongly mounted springs (bottomside where the end of the winding has to fit in a pre-shaped "housing".

Cutting one spring is not an option!

I also change all the dampers to dot 1. Before changing the springs i also noticed that it was really uneven. So i decided to change the damper and springs and still with the same result.I also noticed that the wheels on the driver side sticks out a little more than the one in the passenger side. Does this normally happen? Is there anything i should do to make it even on all sides?
