m103 connecting rod bolt torque
Does anyone know what you are supposed to torque the connecting rod bolts on the m103 to? In lb/ft please.

Go to the local library and pick up a mitchells manual and copy the pages you need. Thats what I did for the torque specs on my cyilnder head.

30nm / 22 lbft with 90-100 deg angle of rotation.
Suggest using new bolts as you don't know the stretch in the old bolts. Mercedes has a special tool for everything but just oil the threads and torque initially to 22lbft. After you finish the last cap go back and retorque in sequence two more times.
