Benzmac wants to build a custom super-car!!!

I have found an owner in Buffalo NY that is going to take a CLK 55 to the upper limit of performance!

We are going to install the Kleeman intercooled supercharger, Kleeman 4 wheel brakes, 19" wheels, and the illuminated door sills.

I can't wait....

We will keep you guys posted!

IT gets better every day. In 3 weeks we have grown to needing another tech. He will be here shortly.

As for the project, I am doing research into other mods for this customer. He has a real need for speed, so I will accomodate.

Just one?

Well, at the one-a-month rate, you'll need to expand your building by November! Or just add a version of Roadside Assistance and take the shop to the customer...piece of cake for easy maintenance stuff, dontcha think?

Go Donnie & Bill!!! See!?! The good guys DO win sometimes

We haven't installed the 19" KLEEMANN wheels, brakes and suspension yet. There's more to come on this project!

Great Job Donnie!!
12.4 with the stock rims and tires, thats great. Imagine when you put on the upgrated rims/tires how fast it will be because of a better launch, or better yet imagine how fast it will be with slicks!

I was lurking at the www.benzsport.com website yesterday, and there is a thread on this project.

Someone even has posted pictures of these two cars at the starting gate.

Some sort of printed ticket was even posted that showed the speed / times of the cars.

There is a lot of talk on the tires / wheel size.

Interesting...

Here is the image that Kleemann had posted earlier, only larger. This is a 2002 C230 (W203), notice usable torgue goes way up in the lower rpm range, changes the whole engine.

And one of a CLK55, simply awsome power! 433 HP to the rear wheels is not to shabby!
