W140 M104 turbo project

Hi everyone

Here is my little project that I started a while back on the old 300SE.

I was originally thinking of a supercharger setup but then decided to go with a turbo.

So as you guys would know the S class is a really heavey car so I thought I might get rid of some extra weight. As this is something to play around with none of the S cass features really mattered so out they go. this is ann older photo but the door trims and carpets are no longer there.

OK so it was time for the engine to come out and change to a 60-2 flex plate and modify turbo manifolds that I purchased from Clayton (bahaimus) that was originaly for his twin turbo setup.

After days of batteling with cutting and welding, I finally got it sorted and together nicely.

Ok just a few days ago got the engine back into its home and started on the intercooler piping

Ok so this is where im at now, I have the next 2 weeks to get as much as I can get done before im off holidays and start work again.
