Jay would the intake and exhaust cam setup cause lack of power on a regular 3.0 M104 (CIS) engine?

You already have it on your intake cam. I really don't see much gain from adding it to the exhaust cam too. Having it on the intake cam gives the most bang for the buck anyways. That's why a lot of engines have it on only the intake cam.
