will 1972 280sel v8 exhaust mainifolds fit

the engine from a 1976 450 sel.

both are 4.5s.

i want to eliminate these cats under the manifolds on the 1976 engine.
if so are there any special tools needed to remove them

The '72 manifolds will bolt to the cylinder heads of the '76.
