I would choose the CLK rims over the C rims. The CLk rims are much nicer.
Though if you do some checking, tires can be had for quite cheap in 16" size. I believe tirerack has a truckload of conti touring ch95's, for very good prices. as far as other wheels to consider, the mille miglia bellos from tirerack are also very nice. I've done a photoshop mockup of those wheels on my car before. search for mille miglia bello and you should find the post with the mockup image. But if only between the C and CLK, the CLK ones are definately nicer, and should fit the car's look well. Alon

have you thought about OZ wheels? They are really light and pretty strong from what I hear, not as strong as the 15 inchers that used to come with mercedes, but then what is? Normally they are really expensive, but they seem to randomnly purge their supplies of last years "out of fashion" rims. Check them out.... http://www.oz-boutique.com/OZ_enterFrame.html btw... you are looking for the fitment guide, that will show you what tires will fit....

GO for it! I think rims with a more flat look, like those CLK's, always look better on the W124. Whereas the C-class rims would look good on an SLK car.

if they look like that, I think its a definate keeper... but make sure they are at least 17s, otherwise your gonna have some fat rubber around your shiny new wheels....
