NOS Prep

I did a search on this and i came up with nothing. So, if anyone here wanted to put NOS in there car (prefrebly a 300E) and keeping the shots down to around 10hp per cylnder (total of 60hp). What would you do to Prep your car for NOS? Are there any specific parts you should change/upgrade?
