Ordered Intrax lowering springs for 190E 2.6 is $550.00 a rip off?
Did I get hosed here guys???
I wanted Eibach's, was told they are no longer made.... $550.00 Canadian dollars for Intrax springs..... is this right??? I want my car lowered so, what other option do I have right??? Please advise guys, I am unsure here.... Mike McKinney ![]()

Or another thing I've seen people do is actually get E500 springs and then cut them. I know alot of EVO II owners that actually get H&Rs for E500s then cut them for their 190E to get a good 3" drop almost. That and have no perch on top of the spring, and your at a realy low ride. Withe way, if its more then $300 US, i think you might have paid a little to much.

Price
I sell them here for $285 USD RETAIL a set. $100 for installation.
I have seen them on other websites for $250. $550 CDN = $361 USD is not a bad price, Average I think. Shipping from the US to Canada is about $65. I have seen guys buy Intrax Springs and shipping to Hawaii pay over $400! Then we charge them $150 to install since they didn't purchace it from us. Last edited by Speedtek; 07-04-2002 at 09:20 PM. |
