Hope I'm in the right forum. I'm curious about pre-combustion chambers. I have a 1979 240D 123, in Premo shape, with the 616 engine. I see where the combustion chamber are hard to come by. Will the newer round dome chamber work in replacement of the slanted flat chamber? Is there an advantage to changing to the dome chambers if the existing chambers (slanted flat) are still usable?
