Hi Everyone,

I did an autocross last week in my W202 and broke the R/F Caster Bushing. I'm going to change it soon, but before I went with the stock stuff and break it again. I was wondering if anyone knew of a place that has Poly Bushings (or better yet, has off set poly bushings) for Mercedes? I have been looking but can't seem to find anyone that makes them for these cars?

Any help or ideas would be great!

If your lower control arms are the same as on a 124 and 201 chassis then putting in polyeurethane will bind if you use any settings that offset the bushings. The bushings need to be parallel with poly but not so much with the softer MB bushings as they are more pliable and won't bind. The best way is to machine a spacer bushing that will accept a spherical bearing in each end of each control arm and seal it to keep debris and water out. The way the arm is designed to be adjusted by MB can not guarantee that the two ends will be parallel.

Just my two cents....not trying to open a can of worms!
