One of my Koni Sports developed a leak a few weeks back and since they are "LifeTime" warranteed from KONI, I decided to return them. I sent them back and then called/emailed them to get confirmation info. I received a reply email/call telling me what their return procedure entailed. I had to send a copy of my Original purchase receipt(They were 4 years old for pete's sake, but fortunately RennTech still had me in their data base), a copy of my vehicle registration, my VIN and Year make and model of the car. Okay, whatever. So I faxed all that to them after the fact since the shocks were not due to arrive to them for 3 days anyway. Although only 1 was leaking, I reasoned that the other was probably not far behind. Anyway, they get the stuff and 2 days later, they have my new items coming back to me from.....The TireRack. Now incase I wasn't clear, I returned them to KONI in Kentucky, but they had their vendor TR to send me the new stuff. Isn't that Cool?!. Anyway, incase any of you 92-95 400E/E420 500E/E500 owners need/want Koni Sport adjustables which are PRE-miere by the way...TR's the source and I bet they are a heck of a lot less expensive than the~$950 I sent on the set of 4 from RennTech.
