Help! Headers for E500

I have a 2003 E500. I am thinking of putting on headers. Where can I get them? Thanks

I believe KLEEMANN will make them for you, but I'm thinking they'll run you near $5k for the set

Have you done the rest of the exhaust system yet?

Michael, E Dream, thanks for the info. I don't plan to spend 5K for them. I will contact Renntech

if you think $5K is steep...

...get ready to pay upwards of $10K for the RENNtech offering!!!

FWIW my brother bought ACTACK's 600E, and accoding to the records from RENNtech the original owner was charged $10k U.S. for an entire custom exhaust system, including the headers

Scott-

KLEEMANN does not offer headers for your 1993 500E. KLEEMANN specializes in MB tuning on vehicles from model year 1999 and newer. Unfortunately, I do not know of any company that does make headers for that vehicle, so you best bet would be a custom fabrication by a reputable automotive fabrication shop. I'm sorry I can't help you out any more. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Best Regards-

The question was for the W211 cahssis not the W124, We do have headers for the W211 application- they are $4100 for the set and include the upper portion of the down pipe (which is a large restriction at 45mm). Welding is required and should be done at an authorized KLEEMANN shop.

Yes, I was/am sorely mindful of that fact; thank you.

Headers for 4100, you may only gain 20 - 30 horsepower, but what about a kleemann compressor...wonder how much that is.
