BTW - been wondering - what are the wheel specs? Width, offset, and WEIGHT per wheel? They look fantabulous.

Norm,

The I-Forged Wheels Shanta has are 99% identical to the HRE's that you're referring to. The only difference is these wheels cost $750Ea Instead of $1200Ea . I wanted the same wheels but the companies customer service is on par with the worst of them. The company never returned two phone calls and an email requesting quotation.

I have to say that Shanta is extremely patient, I have a good idea of the what she had to deal with to get these wheels and I know I couldn't do it.

Oh behave Mike I am not a MILF (don't have any kids!)

Norman, Yes I did pick these wheels because they are very EVO-II-ish, and like Placo1 said they are nearly identical to HRE's but cost a lot less. The set ran me $2350.

GSXR,

Specs on the wheels:

Front 18x8.5 w/ 245/40/18 S03's
Rear 18x10 w/ 275/35/18 SO3's

Believe it or not I do not know the offset (as someone gave Iforged the offset I needed to make this work), but I will ask. The box that the wheels were shipped in said 24 pounds, but I think the wheels themselves are about 20-22 pounds.

Hello Shanta

I liked the shot of your rear end in Scott's Pictorial of your new wheels.

Where did you get the wing? Is that a REMUS exhaust?

TIA

Tom

Hey Tom,

It is a Remus Exhaust and the wing is from Wings West. Both were on the car when I bought it

Nice Wheels

Damn!! I could park my 7 series in the lip of those rims...if I hadn't sold it for an E500. Seriously, that's a very nice looking wheel. What wheels were you running previously and how do you like the S03 tires. I have a different wheel on the way with the same configuration and the same rubber.

those rims look really sick! I love 'em!

I once test drove a 1994 E500 w/ a Remus Exhaust too. Very nice. Made some sound right off idle but was quiet otherwise!
It was sweet! oh well.. no E500 for now

I was running my stock wheels before this. The S03's are very good tires, but they seem a little noisy.

Mike

Shanta might consider trading your request for your (preemptive) posting of a pic of yourself in a Speedo.
