For the W201

Adjuster Switch:
Bosch 0307 650100 041 081
MB 000 800 0473
Switch Cover (Rosette) A 201 689 01 80

Unless your lights came with a Euro (six pin) to US (4 pin) adapter plug or harness, you will also need to get these from the dealer:

qty (2) - 006 545 80 28 - six-pin electrical connector, socket
qty (2) - 009 545 30 28 - six-pin electrical connector, cover

These parts replace the 4 pin US plug on each side with a six pin plug, however the actual wire and pins from the US plug are re-used by repositioning them in the six pin electrical connector.

To wire the City Lights to the front driving lights:
Low wattage soldering iron & solder
Wire stripper and cutter
Approx. 24 inches of 12-16 gauge stranded automotive wire
qty (2) - 003 545 26 26 - pin, connector
qty (2) snap type wire splices

1 124 826 09 43 left hella blinker
1 124 826 10 43 right hella blinker

They are darker than the bosch ones.

Edit: I should have been more specific, they are clear, but they are darker than the bosch ones.

hey guys, sorry to start up an old thread. But can you guys clear up (no pun intended) the difference between Hella and Bosch clear indicators?

I've got a 94 E420 which has the clear lens with orange stripe....these are DOT Bosch correct?

Omegabenz said the hella indicators are clear, yet darker than the bosch lenses....sorry but that totally confuses me. Do you mean that the lens is more opaque in the hellas?

Do you guys recommend (or not recommend) a particular version?

What are the part numbers (and manufacturer) for OEM clear corners without the orange reflector – if such a thing exists?

Are differences between ECE and DOT turn indicators?

I am assuming that PUMA can get either one.

About the city light.....is this the part number (as provided by MTI) for the bulb socket for the city light - 003 545 26 26. if not.....anybody know what it is?

The plastics used in the lenses are probably different or at least from a different plastics manufacturer so I think that the hella plastic is physically darker...only slightly.

cool thanks omega, I assume those are the hella indicators.....seems like what I want.

as per your previous post, I am assuming these are the part numbers.
1 124 826 09 43 left hella blinker
1 124 826 10 43 right hella blinker

So MB uses the hella lights (without reflectors) in countries that dont require them, and bosch parts (with reflectors) in those countries that do. Is this a correct statement? There is no such thing as a reflector-less bosch, right?

cool

omegabenz also posted the following:

124 826 09 43 LF INDICATOR LAMP W124 CLEAR
124 826 10 43 RF INDICATOR LAMP W124 CLEAR

according to my notes from when I bought one of each when I was in germany, the above are the bosh ones, and the below are the hella ones.

124 826 07 43 LF INDICATOR LAMP W124 CLEAR
124 826 08 43 RF INDICATOR LAMP W124 CLEAR

I can confirm with my own eyes, that the hella lights are slightly darker clear, than the bosch ones. I personally think that the hella ones look the best.
