300e 4Matic brake upgrades

What options do I have for upgrading the front discs on a 300e 4matic, I assume the rear brakes can be upgraded to 400e spec, but since there was no 400e 4matic, is there a way to get better binders in the front.

It has 15 8-hole alloys now, will I need to swap to the 16 alloys to fit the upgraded brakes?
