I e-mailed superchips regarding a chip for a vehicle, and all they do is respond with a boilerplate response.
I e-mailed them again, saying "hey guys, maybe you did not understand my e-mail. I Specifically e-mailed you regarding a particular application and vehicle! Can you help??" They send me the very same spam message...... I then e-mailed them with the following message! "Love the way you guys handle these requests for info! This is my second "boiler-plate" response! Please DO NOT send me any more mail. Thanks!" THEN I receive another message back with the very same SPAM message AGAIN!!! These people obviously do not have a clue how to communicate with people! Just my humble opinion! [This message has been edited by abalto (edited 09-20-1999).] |
