fuel pump relay
Thanks for starting info on fuel pump relay. Replaced relay and car ran great. A week later moved car for another drive and it sat in the drive idling for a few minutes, then I shut it down while I removed hardtop and then it would not start! Checked relay, and sure enough, the trace was burned in the same spot as before! Cannot keep replacing relay . What is happening here? Thanks, John

pumps
often people are too quick to recommend replacing the fuel pump relay, they need to analize the situation, i have seen relays fail on their own, but more often than not there is something that caused the relay to fail, and most of the time it is the fuel pump pulling too many amps, did you measure the amp draw from the pump?
