Front suspension drop/sag
Hi,
I was reworking the the electronic throttles on my 95 SL600 when I noticed a few days later that the front of the car had dropped by probably 3 inches. Given the only thing I've removed is one throttle actuator, what gives? It has ADS of course, has it lost a high pressure gas or hydraulic charge or will it resume normal height when it starts? No leaks underneath. First time I've seen it do this. TIA Leonard Last edited by lconn; 06-18-2005 at 02:16 PM. |

sl-600 sag?
I have never noticed a height drop on my sl-600 at any time--with ETA's removed, sitting weeks unstarted, etc. I suspect the height control valve had a minute particle preventing it from perfect seating and the correct height will resume on start-up.
