need help with console piece

i need the zebrano peice that the gearshift comes up thru for a 1980 280sl , but mine is a manual shift . there is a nice peice on ebay for a 107 , is for a auto. anyone know if the shift hole is the samesize and cut. thanks wally (ebay piece is 350023173256 )

I can say that when I converted my 240D to a manual, the boot for the manual transmission fits the old automatic wood perfectly, so they were the same size. My guess is that they would be the same for the SL's too.
