280 sl 1984 new springs

I am about to fit new springs, front and rear to my 280 sl W107

can anyone help concerning the rubber spring cups ?

which size should I fit ( there are 4 different ones) and I do not have time to
change them after fitting...so need to get it right first time..

The car leans on the drivers side at present and I hope to correct this
and I also prefer the car to sit higher..anyway

Thanks in advance

There are several spring pads depending on type of engine and optional equipment such as a/c. but if you wish the car to sit higher use the pads with 5 bibs on rim as the pic.

I second that, dont use external spring compressors. Did mine last weekend with proper internal compressor...still scared sh**less until the sping was clear of the car.
