99 SL headlight wipers

For aesthetic purpose I've decided to replace the wiper blades on my headlights, after all they are the ones that came from the factory on the vehicle, do not have any use for them ,but there they are right in front of the car, lo and behold the little suckers are an endangered species, at least that what people that have replacements want you to think, too bad Peach Parts do not even list them, I've found a pair on e-bay of all places $100.00 Ecklers $29.00 each but they are discontinued for halogen they have them for Zenon. Does anybody knows where I can get them for a reasonable price or knows of another blade that might fit them?

My Xenon equipped 97 SL320 does not have wipers. In fact, I don't remember seeing a xenon equipped car with wipers. If they do exist, I'd suspect only length is different so the Xenon ones might still work.

One of the problems with halogen wipers is that the aiming bumps tear up the blades making for short life. I'd be tempted to remove the wipers and install non wiper headlight trim. .

As a last ditch effort, you _might" be able to use the rubber from a windshield wiper and install on the old holder.
