HARD STARTING 1983 380sl

Hello appreciate the help in advance.1983 380sl starts easily when cold takes 3 or 4 times when engine is warm.The car is sluggish when taking off
but runs well over 40 mph any ideas?

injectors - how old? ever serviced or replaced? If bad they would explain your symptoms, especially the poor power
I'd start there, then move to pressure tests ( rest pressure)
