Keys in foglights Euro models SLs

So I am rebuilding some old foglights from 1972-1979 models with the black wing thing on top which I think is really cool looking....

I found a key mounted in the inside of the foglight. Thought that was odd. The key was taped in and was OEM key.

THEN taking apart another foglight from a totally different car FOUND ANOTHER key! This one was not OEM but taped in roughly same spot. Different key.

They were both from Euro models so dont know if that might be issue?
Damn Europeans think they are so smart?

So was this common to hide keys in the foglights? I have never found any keys in the more modern SLs (1985-1989).

This cannot just be coincidence.

It can be and most likely is a coincidence. Never found one on any model no matter what market.

'71-'89 non US 107 foglights are all the same.

from the LA auto show videos and some reviews that Mazda3 2019 had 360 camera at its top package. But I cannot see that in the US website. Am I missing something or or they not going to have the 360 camera in the US model?
