560SL full interior leather (best options)?

So I am having my shop redo my whole interior on my wifes 560SL.

Where is the best place to buy the whole kit?

My shop ordered a kit from GAHH and the leather didnt match at all? The color is saddle.

I talked to Buds Benz and they seems like a good option?

Any advice would be great!

Brent

Never heard of saddle as a 107 color. What is the color code? It is on the option plate attached to the upper radiator cross support.

Did your color match go good

CL600...Been following your post, as I'm going be replacing my seat bottoms on my 91' 300sl.

Been looking at GAHH and after reading your post I'm wondering if I should go to Bud's instead?

Seat

Buds just is the middle man for GAHH.

The leather was NOT a perfect match and they said TOUGH LUCK.

I dont know if I like the new leather compared to the OEM but no choice.

I will post some pics when done. My shop is slower than the government paying off the deficit.

GAHH makes quality kits. Remember that your leather is 30 year old so don't expect the same shade between old and new. The leather itself is going to be different. Nobody supplies leather that looks the same as MB leather made in the 60's - 90's. But for what's available, GAHH is about as good as it gets.

Check out Hydes Leather, they supply the original Roser leather.

Doubt you will find any new Palomino replacement covers that will exactly match the interior of you 560SL. Palomino interiors fade over time by sun exposure, more than any other Mercedes interior color.

Here are the photos of new interior

So this is the GAHH kit that most places sell.

Overall I pretty happy

I had custom OLD style headrest put on since they look better imo.

I also used leather for the boot cover so it would match.

Also ordered the rear seat cards in leather for match.

The seats interiors were fully rebuilt since the old crap was breaking apart and cracking.
