Has the R231 SL proven to be reliable?

I’m asking about the 2013-2019 SL 550/400/450. With depreciation they’ve come down to under $40K on the used market.

I think the car looks gorgeous and has a strong presence about it. The 500+ torque figures on the V8 models are also quite astounding.

How do these cars fare as daily drivers?
