ML OEM Brembo ML500 Calipers, Rotors, & Axxis Ultimate Pads
We ended up selling our ML430 before I could do the upgrade.
I have a set of Front & Rear 2003 ML500 Calipers (Same Brembos as the ML55, just not Red) that I bought. I also have set of Front & Rear Brembo Rotors (not drilled or anything, as they wear through pads to quick) that have the hats and side Painted Black to prevent ugly rust. I also have a set of Front & Rear Axxis Ultimate Brake Pads. I paid $200 per caliper on the front, and $150 per caliper on the rear. The 03 ML500 had 8k miles on it. Calipers total is $700. Rotors where $80 each front, and 60 each rear. Total is $280. Axxis Ultimate Brake Pads Front where $150/ set and rear $85/set. Total is $235. All parts except caliper are new. I spent about 8 months peicing the parts together. Total is $1215. I figure time will not be counted, but S&H is not included in the above. I was willing to sell everything for $1000 including S&H. Please email me, as I am not on this forum often. PS I also have Carlsson Springs for the rear of the ML if you are interested at $150. Charlie.

I am including updated pictures since I sanded, cleaned, and painted the calipers.
Fronts: Rears: Mercedes-Benz barley visible: Brembo Made: Brembo/Mercedes Caliper on S55: 1) Calipers might be interchangeable with other Mercedes models, but you will need to do your own research on that. 2) Rotors are for a 2003 ML500 and have Black painted Sides and Hats. This is to prevent Rust. Looks very clean and sharp. Will most likely fit all V8 ML models from 2000 forward including AMG vehicles. 3) Pads are Axxis/PBR/Repco Ultimates. They Part# Front 109-08470 & Rear 109-08740. The fronts will fit the following: 2000-2004 ML430/ML500/ML55 2000-2004 S430/S500/S600/CL500/CL600 2000-2002 S55/CL55 2003-2004 E500 2003-2004 CLK500/CLK55 2002-2004 C32 2000-2004 SL500 The rears will fit the following: 2000-2004 ML430/ML500/ML55

Also, if you ever pull your calipers off, I'm sure one side of the paint will get scuffed if you place them somewhere. Just didn't see the point to do such. I will try and get the center to center distance for you. Thanks. Charlie.

oh ok.
Well FYI, if you ever seperate an MB caliper you should just throw it in the trash. People at the dealer have told me that if you seperate the halves, and rebuild the seals there, they will always leak. If you want to rebuild it, you can do it, without splitting the halves. Just change the piston seals and dust covers because those are the ones that breakdown because of the heat cycling.
