73 450sl cruise control cable

WTB - I need the cruise control cable that came on
the 450sl. I am told a cable from any 73 model
that has the 4.5 V8 engine and auto. trans. will work.
This cable is activated by a console or dash mounted
push/pull switch. Also, I would like to talk to someone
who is familiar with this setup. I have a beautiful
low mileage car and so far this is the only problem
I have.
