WTB: 108 body shell - Ohio/Pennsylvania
This is a public service announcement on behalf of pals at the Vintage Forum where V-8 108 body shells are in high demand...... blown engine and/or spent tranny with reasonably rust free chassis - one for restoration as solid daily driver another for top secret experimental work.
Seems like nobody on this planet has ever seen a 108 V-8 where the engine failed before the sheet metal rusted to smitherines. Pennsylvania is now busting balls on rust and Tomguy our V-8 expert who built a hybrid 3.5/4.5 race engine needs another 108 to house the motor. |

I know that it's a bit of a journey, but I bought a car and some parts from these guys a month ago. I know he had some 108's sitting around that he wanted to get rid of fairly cheap. Check out
http://lbgermancar.com/LBGC/index.php Lothar is the owner, and Rob is one of the assistants. Nice people. They're in Sacramento, CA. 916-485-0744 Good luck! |
