I pulled the third row seats from my 02 ML320 as I wasn't using them much. Pulled all the associated hardware, brackets, bolts, trim pieces, and seat belts as well. Installation in your ML should be a breeze.

The seats are grey leather in very good condition, my kids only rode back there once in a while.

Asking $1000/obo for the whole package. I've seen just the seats go for $800, but then you still have to figure out all the parts still needed to finish the job and pay full dealer price for every nut bolt, trim piece, etc. I'm sure the seat belts alone are a couple of hundred dollars apiece.

No idea what shipping would be, but I'm certain it's north of $100, as the seats are at least 40lbs each.
