Sba121400 - I do have the plastic piece from the storage area cover. It looks to have a couple of cracks, but is in one piece. Give me your email address and I will try to remove it in one piece and can send you some pictures.

Both. the belt pawl in mine is stuck and I've been advised to get both the belt and receiver as a set.
