My father-in-law, a 30-year certified tech, has a 1975 W115 300D for sale either complete (engine no good) or in pieces. Car very straight and complete with very good interior and hard-to-find things like wheel covers, etc. He would sell it complete for $800. car is located near San Antonio, Texas.
