Need a trans for a 78 240d
Hey guys looking for a auto trans for a 78 240d. I'm trying to save it from the crusher. My buddy has it and dosent have the move to fix. Or if anybody is looking for a whole car with bad trans let me know! Save it from the crusher

Why do you think the transmission is bad? What is it doing? Maybe an easy fix....

Trans
No trans any where close to me now. The trans has no reverse. It's ok if you don't have to back up! Haha

Ever replace the gear shifter bushings, to confirm the shifter isn't at fault?

It's not the bushing. Thanks. It use to shutter in revers for a while before it quit
