Is the 3.07 an upgrade for a 300E also, or was that the original size...Im not familiar with the size of my car.

3.07 is the correct stock rear axle ratio for early 300E's. I don't think this differential will fit a 400E, though. The 400E, 500E and 104 engined 124's use a larger differential. The early 124's use a small one.

I never did sell the shorter differential from my wagon; that would make a nice upgrade for 300E guys. Sell it for me if you can. It's out of the car and clean. Thanks, allen.
