The above statement is false but I’m doing a service to the forum to warn potential sellers that you are at risk of being “screwed” by Screwvala.

Since eBay automatically sides with buyers once a claim is made under “not as advertised”, sellers only have the ability to issue a refund and let the buyer keep the part or pay to have a return postage before issuing a refund. Screwvala knows how to abuse the system and regularly does this.

Ironically enough, in the link to your eBay feedback page, page 2 shows a positive comment that actually states how you once again abused the system and did the same yet to another eBay seller. eBay does not allow sellers to leave negative feedback, only buyers can. The negative feedback I received was due to a long delay in shipping due to South Africa’s postal service. I am an honest member and seller but will call out bull****ters such as you when I come across them.

Feedback from Mohammad's seller account below. So much for being an "honest member and seller". It's fairly obvious that the poor chap is still suffering from agonizing butthurt years later. As a general rule of life, I avoid his type entirely.

On that note, thanks to another member for agreeing to sell me your wheels. Apologies to anyone annoyed by this charade. This thread can now be closed.

for sure...i had a bad exp with a fellow forum member a few years back and it was 'litigated' in a similar fashion here on the forum.....i came to the conclusion that other than the few 'rubberneckers' that wanted to throw fuel on the fire that nobody really wanted to hear it......Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!
