1984 300sd part out or whole car.

I got a 1984 300sd that i want to get rid of. Lots of good parts. Brand new starter, radiator looks to be fairly new. Rims in decent shape, glowplugs were put in last winter. Just ask. I would like to just have the car toed for 500$ and be done with it.
