WTB - Elusive M103 Single Mass Flywheel

Looking for an M103 flywheel to complete my E320 manual swap. Do these not exist anymore?

One solution, which works quite well, is to fabricate a "button" flywheel which is bolted to the flexplate (as the torque convertor would be), to which the pressure plate is in turn bolted.
