FYI - the picture shows 2000-02 S-class wheels. 1996-1999 S-class wheels have 6 spokes and a rim that lets you mount clip-on weights.
Those wheels will fit a W140 sedan without spacers or modification. Sixto 95 S420 87 300SDL
