Hello
Does any body knows if a 18IN wheels RIM 18/8.5 FRONT AND A 18/10 REAR would fit my Mercedes 1992, 500E/E500???? The 10 in the rear would have the off set correct for clearance? Thanks allot!!! Ricardo |

I don't know about 10", but I have a set of 18 inch AMG monobloks for my 500e (for summer use)that I bought off of a 97 500sl sportline 18x8f 18x9 rear and they fit fine with
275/35/18 rears. |

Ricardo:
Several aftermarket wheel makers offer 10" rear rims for the 500E. OZ offers both 17 and 18" fitments and BBS has their RSII in 18x8.5 front and 18x10 rear for the 500E. Offsets range from ET 22 to ET 19 on the 10" rims but I can tell you from experience that THEY WILL STICK OUT and you might or might not like that look! IMHO the max. rim width at rear should be 9.5" ET 25 to avoid that "ghetto" look. Check with Fikse, Kinesis, etc. for this custom size. Otherwise, many manufacturers offer a 9" rear rim that will tuck in nicely (this is RENNTech's recommendation with ET 20). You COULD run 9" rims all around.
