Tire Pressure, TPMS 03 S430

I have an 03 S430, and the shop diagnosed that it needs a new tpms contol (not the sensor in the wheels). Does anyone know where it is and if it just plugs in or what kind of programming or initiation is required.
Thanks

It's located in the front passengers' footwell. It's a white plastic thing about the size of a pack of cigarettes. I wouldn't be so quick to replace it though. TPC is one of the most mis-diagnosed/least understood systems out there. What kind of problem are you having? You might want to try unplugging it for a few minutes. After you reconnect it, see if you can re-activate the system.
