Oddball 14" "Bundt" wheels...

I spent part of the afternoon searching through my stash of 14" bundt wheels looking for a set with no curb rash to blast and refinsh for my wagon...and discovered that I've got one set of four that are different from every other one I have.....and after picking at my brain, I remember what car they came off of, and that they obviously *weren't* OEM on it because some moron had 'em on there with "steelie" lugnuts (about two threads deep...). They're offset out about 3/4" more than the common ones, and appear (by rough measurement) to be an inch wider.

Any idea what they're off of?

Pics of a standard one and one of the oddballs are here...http://www.msdra.com/bundt%20wheels.htm

Thanks!

Bundt cake rims came in 5 1/2", 6", and 6 1/2" widths

and several different offsets. Most USA W123 cars should have 6" ET 30 (offset = 30 mm), as do the 6 cylinder W116 and W126 cars, but the 8 cylinder SL and SEL cars of the early '80s had 6 1/2" ET 25 or 22, and some of the big SELs and 6.3s and 6.9s of the '70s had 6 1/2" ET 30 (part # 1084001002), which, if put on a W123, won't have enough clearance for the sidewall to not rub on the tie rod end without using spacers (I'm running 4 of this part number with 6mm spacers and appropriate longer lug bolts on my '85 300TD). After about 1979, the Germans required that all this information be stamped somewhere on the rim, and on the Bundt cake wheels, you find it on the inside of the webs between the spokes; earlier wheels will have the width and part number there, but not the ET number. Of the 6" ET30 W123 rims I have, 5 have part number 1264001902, but one is #1084000902, but I can detect no difference.

I have seen and held in my hand one 5 1/2" Bundt cake rim which came off a grey market 4 cylinder gas W123, but I didn't note down the ET number nor the part number. And there may be other variations which I have never encountered.

Upon further review of your pictures, I suspect that the "oddballs" are 6 1/2" ET 25, but I can't be sure of the ET number. If you want to trade them for some 6" ET30 and are within a reasonable shipping distance of SE Virginia, let me know.
