Another Tire Recommendation Question

I did a search on "tires and 210" so that I could decide what brand and size to put on my Merc. Unfortunately, all I got was more confused. It seems that the recommendations are all over the map on this one so I thought I'd try it a different way.

I have a '96 210 Diesel and am looking for a tire that will provide me with a smooth, quiet, comfortable ride while being able to corner relatively well without rolling all over the place. The current tires are Michelin MXV Plus Energy 215/55/R16 and they seem to do well. But, I don't know what other options are available. I've always liked Michelin because of their reputation but am open to suggestions.

Thanks in advance!

Munsey

I don't how much snow you get but I would suggest the Bridgestone Turanza LS tire.

Should I stay with the same size that is on there now or should I go with something a little different?

depends what you want .... a wider tire would offer more cornering grip but, follow road irregualrities more

Thanks!

I appreciate the info from you both.

I checked out the link Luke sent me and the reviews backup your claims. It was nice to see the comparisons between the Turanza and the MXV Energy that I have now.

Now to find the right deal. You guys have a good week.

Munsey
