BJ's balanced and rotated but did not adjust pressure

I balanced and rotated tires at BJ's. It was $32.

I later found that they did not adjust air pressure.

My car's tire pressure written on B pillar:
28 front,
33 rear.

When I checked the pressure later, the front tire pressure was about 32.

im not sure of your point, but ...

i wouldnt trust anyone but myself to set the accurate pressure.

decide what press you want, buy a good guage, fill all 5 tires several pounds above your desired pressure

WAIT SEVERAL HOURS

release air until you reach the desired press.

i used to NOT put much faith in digital gauges, but am starting to warm to their accuracy specs (many well under 1/2 lb).

DO NOT TRUST A GAS STATION GAGE !!!
